Line Boring
When the bores on your machine are damaged from normal wear and tear or mechanical failure Absolute Advantage has the answer. With the use of mobile line boring equipment we can make the linkage and controls of your machinery operate like new again! Whether the bores need to sleeved, welded, or relocated there is no hole too loose or sloppy. We offer this service on site but can also arrange for transportation of your equipment to our repair facility.
Valve Grinding
Absolute Advantage offers a valuable solution to your leaky valve problems. We can refinish your gate and check valve seats on site or at our repair facility. Gate valves from 1.3 to 39.4 inches in diameter can be resurfaced to manufacturers specs or higher. Please inquire for a unique solution to extending the life of your facilities valves.
Shaft Repair
Absolute Advantage can repair or replace your damaged shafts and pins. We offer portable turning and key milling to answer your needs in the field. We can also mend your damaged parts in our shop and return them to your site quickly. When required we can also reproduce parts that are damaged beyond repair.
Drilling and Tapping
We offer portable drilling and thread cutting services as part of our machining division. Absolute Advantage can remove broken bolts and replace damaged threads. We can make new holes wherever you may need them.
